Refund Policy

Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are processed. Once processed, orders cannot be canceled.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Returns are accepted for change of mind; however, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

If an item arrives defective or damaged, customers may be eligible for a refund without returning the item. Customers must provide video evidence via email, and we will review it and inform them whether a refund is approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Non-Returnable Items

We currently do not have any final sale items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via email.
